Today, our student body zoomed with Steve James, President & CEO of Frank Miller Lumber. He talked about their company, the opportunities within their company, and the student internship program. Mason Barker, a WCHS senior, also talked about his internship at FML. @CELLuindy

Junior Parents: Our 11th graders will be taking the State Exam tomorrow in the morning. All juniors are required to take this SAT test and it can either be used for the graduation process or can be used for college entrance. Students who are absent have to do a makeup if they do not attend tomorrow. Please help us by making sure your child comes to school on time with a charged Chromebook to take the test.

Seniors are meeting with Mr. Hendrickson during Economics and Government today to talk about items they still need to complete soon. Parents, talk to your senior about completing the FAFSA and the Box #2 reflection.
We took another Early College Field Trip yesterday. We took students to IU East to learn about the opportunities. Every WC student will go on at least 1 college, trade/technical school, or university tour this year. #EarlyCollege #RECN @CelluIndy
Tonight was the District 9 FFA Volleyball Tournament and the Randolph Central FFA was the championship team! Congrats!

WCHS students in grades 10-12 interested in taking the ACT School Day should sign up by bringing $48.50 to the office. Money is due by Friday, February 17th.

Summer PE forms are available in the WCHS and DMS offices. If your student plans to take Summer PE they will need to turn in a form along with a $50 payment per session to the WCHS or DMS office. Current WCHS students may turn in the form beginning on February 16. Current DMS students may begin turning forms in on February 17. The classes often fill to capacity so turning the application in on the first available date is the best chance to get in the class.
WCHS Families: The midterm for the 3rd nine weeks is Friday. WCHS will send midterms home on Monday.
Today during PRIDE we zoomed with WCHS Alumni Shane Hubbard. We learned about his career in Meteorology and his work at the University of Wisconsin. He discussed suggestions for students interested in the sciences and earning Bachelors, Masters, and PhD degrees. Thank you Shane!
