Online Registration is Open at Randolph Central! When you sign into online registration you are setting up a registration account that is separate from the Parent Portal. Parents of returning students that previously set up a PowerSchool Parent Portal account should have received an email on July 19th with the “snapcodes” you need to register your student(s). Parents of returning students that have NOT set up a PowerSchool Parent Portal account will receive a letter in the mail with the “snapcodes” you need to register your student(s). The letter is being mailed to you on July 20, 2020. If you do not receive an email or a letter by the end of the day Wednesday, July 22nd, call your child’s school. The secretary has the “snapcodes” you need to register your student(s). Once you have the “snapcodes,” go to any of our school websites and click on MENU at the top of the page and then choose ONLINE REGISTRATION to navigate to our online registration page. You are ready to begin registering your child from home. You can go directly to our online registration page by clicking the following link: https://www.rc.k12.in.us/o/randolph-central-school-corporation/page/online-registration--148 Please remember, if you are a returning family you will need the “snapcodes” for your student(s) that were sent to you via email or letter.

I want to publicly expression my appreciation for KISS-TV. No fault of theirs, an electrical issue caused them to not to get to livestream our graduation today. We were able to correct the electrical issue and proceed with graduation but their computer system would not come back after the electrical issue. Thankfully Mr. Merrill and his staff continued to record the ceremony and will be able to make a video that will be shared out in the next few weeks. A BIG thank you to Mr. Merrill, his staff and Union City students who spent a hot Saturday morning in July, to get the footage that should make an excellent video to view soon!

If you know a Class of 2020 graduate, help us out and make sure they are aware of the following things: 1. Baccalaureate is tonight at the Winchester Nazarene Church at 7 PM. This event is optional. Masks are recommended but not required. 2. The Senior Breakfast is tomorrow, Friday, at 9 AM in the Commons. The video will also be shown at that time. In the past, families have been invited to come and view the video. We are not inviting families this year due to social distancing but every senior will receive a DVD of the video to watch with their family. 3. The MANDATORY practice for all seniors going through graduation is tomorrow, Friday, at about 9:45 AM directly after the breakfast. Every senior should bring their cap, gown, and stole to rehearsal for the Class of 2020 photo that will be taken outside on the football field. 4. Seniors should arrive on Saturday to the Commons at 9:15 AM and enter through Door #1. Graduation will begin at 10:00 AM! Again, if you are a friend or family of a Class of 2020 graduate please make sure they are aware of all of this information. The students have received this information through email and USPS mail but we want to make sure no one misses out. We are no longer able to send text messages or phone call reminders to the Class of 2020 because our computer system has rolled over to prepare for the 2020-2021 school year. We look forward to honor this special class!
