Visitation will be held the Winchester Fieldhouse (300 E. South St., Winchester, IN) on Monday June 24th, 2024 from 4-7pm with the funeral immediately following at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Kim’s memory to:

WCHS SENIORS: Due to the very poor weather prediction on Saturday we do not want to have people in the rain for graduation. In order to make it a great day, we will be moving the graduation to the WCHS Fieldhouse. Please review the following information:
The Senior Breakfast will still be in the COMMONS on Friday, May 31 at 9:30 AM with the Senior slideshow at 10:00 AM. Parents are invited to attend the Slideshow.
Every senior should bring your cap, gown, stole, and tassel on Friday for the class photo which will take place in the Fieldhouse bleachers around 10:45 AM.
At 11:00 AM there is a MANDATORY commencement rehearsal at the FIELDHOUSE for all Seniors participating in the graduation ceremony.
Saturday, June 1 all Seniors should report to the room on the west side of the fieldhouse at 9:15 AM.
For those attending the commencement, doors will open at 9:00 AM and programs will be available with a QR code to watch the Senior Slideshow while waiting for the commencement to begin.
Attendees and families will be sitting in the bleachers on either side of the Fieldhouse and doors on the east and west side will be open for entry. There is a handicap ramp available on the north side of the Fieldhouse.
Commencement will begin at 10:00 AM and traditionally lasts approximately 1 hour.
We can not wait to celebrate the successes of the Class of 2024!
WCHS Senior Reminders:
The Baccalaureate, sponsored by the FCA and the Winchester Area Ministerial Association will be at the Winchester Nazarene Church on Thursday, May 30 at 7 PM. Everyone in the community, families, and the Class of 2024 are invited. The guest speaker is Tyler Edwards.

Registration is open for Winchester Pee Wee Cheerleading until June 4th for cheerleaders entering grades 3-5.

Any boys entering grades K-8 who have not already registered for basketball camp can bring payment and form to the first day of camp next week at the Fieldhouse. Camp times are the following:
Kindergarten & 1st Grade: 8:15-9:00
2nd-5th Grade: 9:15-10:30
6th-8th Grade: 10:45-12:15

Randolph Central Schools is proud to announce that Amanda Ehrhart has been selected as our Little Falcon Preschool Director. Amanda comes to us from Blackford County Schools where she opened a preschool, served as a teacher, and most recently led as an instructional coach. She will oversee all preschool rooms at Randolph Central including what has been known as the GRIC Preschool and the full-day preschool rooms that were opened over the last two years. Touch The Truck Event
WCHS: Any student in grades 9-12 interested in signing up for ACT School Day testing on April 9 should bring $51 to the office. Money is due to Mrs. Collins in the office by Tuesday, February 20! Additionally, all juniors will be participating in the SAT on March 5th as a state required exam. The SAT exam is at no-cost for juniors.
WCHS Seniors and families: This reminder for some upcoming Scholarship Due Dates: The Randolph Community Foundation and Hunsucker Scholarship online forms are due Thursday February 1.
We are also extending the Winchester Community High School Local Scholarship deadline to 3:15 PM February 1. Scholarship forms must be turned in to the the WCHS office.
The Boys Basketball Game at Liberty Christian for this evening, Friday, January 19, will still be played as scheduled.

WCHS-Herff Jones will be in the building on Tuesday to take orders for Graduation Supplies and Class rings. Students can place orders during lunch or after school in the commons until 6 pm.
Good afternoon WCHS families-
This Thursday, October 19 is PSAT Day for all 9th-11th graders. All students should plan to bring a charged Chromebook to school to take the test. Please help remind your child to charge their Chromebook on Wednesday evening.
Seniors can take a college visit or do a job shadowing experience on Thursday. They each received a form a few weeks ago that is due tomorrow (Tuesday). Please remind them to turn these in!
