Welcome to Winchester Community High School! We are proud to be a school with a strong tradition, dedicated educators, outstanding students, and a community that truly supports its schools.

At WCHS, we believe high school should prepare students for more than graduation, it should prepare them for what comes next. Our goal is to provide every student with opportunities to discover their strengths, explore their interests, and develop the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in college, a career, the military, or wherever their future takes them.

Our students have access to a wide variety of academic and career opportunities, including Winchester Community Early College, dual-credit and college coursework, Career and Technical Education programs, hands-on learning experiences, and a broad selection of academic and elective courses. Through these opportunities, students can earn college credit, develop career-ready skills, and begin building a pathway toward their future while still in high school.

We also know that some of the most meaningful high school experiences happen beyond the classroom. Our students are encouraged to become involved in athletics, clubs, fine arts, leadership opportunities, and other extracurricular activities that help them build relationships, develop confidence, and create lasting memories.

Our faculty and staff are committed to continuous improvement and to providing a safe, supportive, and challenging learning environment where every student can grow academically, socially, and personally. Most importantly, we want every student who walks through our doors to know that they belong at WCHS and that there are adults here who care about their success.
