Second Harvest Grocery Giveaway is this afternoon in the Baker Cafeteria. This free event is open to any family with students that attend Baker Elementary Preschool-2nd grade. We will be handing out groceries from 3:30-5, or until food runs out. We hope to see you there!


Baker Elementary 2019 Christmas Program

BES: Just a reminder for Baker students, tomorrow we kick off our canned food drive. For the donation of at least one non-perishable item, students may wear pajamas to school. Please remember tennis shoes, as some students may have PE. Thank you.

The Winchester Public Library has an exciting day planned for those that may need a break from shopping on Friday. Please consider joining the Children's Department for fun activities and special story times.

For any 5th grade boy interested in playing AAU basketball there will be a try-out on Monday, October 14th from 4:30- 6:00 pm at Willard Elementary. If you have any questions feel free to contact Dustin Baldwin at Driver Middle School, 584-4671.

Come join us for our Book Fair next week! The Book Fair will be open Monday, October 7th to October 11th from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please send any money in an envelope marked Book Fair.


Donuts for Dad is Thursday, October 3 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. Any student staying after for a special guest will need to have a note or phone call in order to do so. We hope to see you there!


The WCHS Cheerleaders invite any K-5th grader to learn cheers, chants, jumps, and stunts at their mini clinic on Thurs., Oct. 3rd at the Field House from 4:30-6:00. Registration is at 4:15 and the cost is $10. To get more info, pick up a flyer at Baker, Willard, or Deerfield.

Today is our first eLearning Day! Students will not attend school, but will complete their assignments from home using their Chromebooks. Baker teachers will have office hours from 8-11a.m. Please contact your student's teacher if you experience difficulties. Have a great day!
